HeyCyan is the companion app used with Vizor Lumen smart glasses. Start with the download for your phone, then follow the pairing instructions supplied with your glasses.
Before you order
Check the HeyCyan store listing on your own phone for current app availability and operating-system requirements. An app listing does not guarantee every feature works with every phone, region or glasses firmware.
If a particular AI, translation or connection feature is essential to you, ask us to confirm it for your phone and this model before buying.
Get started in three steps
- Download HeyCyan. Use the App Store or Google Play links above. Check the app name and listing before installing.
- Prepare your glasses and phone. Charge and power on your glasses. Keep them near your phone and enable Bluetooth.
- Follow the included pairing instructions. Open HeyCyan and use its device connection flow alongside the instructions supplied with your Vizor Lumen model. Review each requested permission as it appears.
Once paired, use the app’s available device and media controls. App screens and available features can change with updates.

Read the app’s privacy information and permission prompts before granting access. HeyCyan is provided by a third party; its privacy terms are separate from the Vizor Lumen website privacy policy.

Does HeyCyan support my phone?

What if the glasses do not connect?
Check that the glasses are charged and powered on, Bluetooth is enabled and the devices are nearby. Follow the supplied pairing instructions. If connection still fails, contact us with your phone model, operating-system version, app version and the exact message you see. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Does every feature work offline?
Do not assume every feature works offline. Internet and phone connection requirements depend on the function. Ask us to confirm the requirements for the features you plan to use.
Is the app the same as the voice wake phrase?
HeyCyan is the app name. Follow the instructions supplied with your model for the voice controls and button functions.
