Protocols for user satisfaction and hardware return cycles within the Vizor Lumen™ ecosystem.

Returns in 60 seconds

Return window:14 days from delivery date.
Condition:Unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition.
How to start:Email support@vizorlumen.com with your order number.
Refund timing:5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs:Buyer covers return shipping unless item is defective.
Exchanges:Contact support to arrange. Subject to availability.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Units must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We want you to love your Vizor Lumen™ experience. If you’re not satisfied, we provide a structured refund process.

1. Exclusions & Limitations

Non-Refundable Items
  • Units with visible surface damage or hardware modifications.
  • Final sale items or promotional campaign rewards.
  • Pre-authorized digital credits or gift cards.

2. Refund Processing Cycle

Once your returned unit is received at our central validation node and successfully inspected, the following protocols will apply:

Notification of return arrival and inspection status.

Approval or rejection of the refund transmittal.

Transmittal of funds to original payment method (5–10 business days).

3. Returns & Logistics

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the unit is proven defective or incorrect upon arrival. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for any returns.
